Whole30 – Day 13

Commentary

Tore a callus today!  Seems petty, but I’m proud of that!

Blood Sugar

Exercise

  • AM
    • Warmup
      • 20 burpees
      • 20 pullups – jumping
      • 20 jumps
    • Power Clean – 70-75% 1 RM (65lbs)
      • 3 reps per minute on the minute for 7 minutes
    • WOD – 2+28
      • 12 minute AMRAP
        • 10 ground to overhead – 25lbs
        • 10 walking lunges, weight overhead – 10 lbs
        • 20 knees to elbows (bring knees up as close as possible)
  • PM

  • Breakfast
    • Sausage
  • Lunch
    • Leftover sausage from dinner the night before.
  • Dinner
    • 2 burgers with mashed avocado
  • Snack/Other

Sleep

  • Went to bed at 10:00PM, woke up at 6:30AM
